Working at Prior Park
Prior Park Educational Trust is a family of three independent but interdependent schools set in the beautiful South West of England and Gibraltar: Prior Park College, the senior school and The Paragon, the junior school, both in Bath and a senior school in Gibraltar. The heart of Prior Park is the encouraging Christian ethos which nurtures over 1,000 pupils aged between 3 and 18 years to become confident, capable, compassionate and independently minded young people.
We aspire to attract staff who are committed, ambitious and passionate and we welcome candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds. In return you will join a talented, stimulating and caring community with access to impressive facilities and attractive range of staff benefits.
" I feel so fortunate to be encouraged, supported, and empowered to develop both my academic and pastoral leadership skills."
“ Prior is a special place and one where I can use every aspect of my character each day. It is a great place to work with a clear vision to strive for. There is a deep-rooted desire to draw out the full potential of the student, not simply the academic, sporting, or artistic abilities, but the character and values that will enable them to look outwards and give back.”
