A large amount of money is already spent on scholarships and bursaries each year but we do not have a permanent endowment fund. Finding the money to secure assisted places remains a constant challenge.
We are also privileged to have extraordinary buildings and grounds which need continuous upkeep. Preserving the College's architectural heritage is an ongoing expense. The grounds and fabric of Prior Park require regular and expensive care to preserve stonework, artworks and sculptures. The income from fees is not sufficient to meet these costs nor to fund new capital projects so your support could help us realise our vision to establish The Prior Foundation Endowment Fund.
This would give us the financial security to fund assisted places for talented but less financially fortunate young people and also to preserve the magnificent architecture of the College.
