  • Part Time Cleaner - Prior Park College and The Paragon School

    Part Time Cleaner

     

     Predominantly term time only (some 34 weeks per year)

    An excellent opportunity has arisen for a part time Cleaner to join our team based at both Prior Park College and The Paragon School.

     

    This post involves cleaning of all areas of the school including classrooms, offices, toilets, etc. you will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have good communication and organisation skills with an ability to take initiative, follow verbal and written instructions.

     

    This is a permanent part time role, working morning or evening shifts, predominantly during term time.

  • Admissions Secretary - Prior Park Prep School

    An excellent opportunity has arisen for an accomplished and professional Admissions Secretary to join this successful Independent Catholic Day and Boarding Preparatory School.    This is a vital role, as candidates will be the first point of contact for prospective families seeking information about admission to the School.

     

    The successful candidate will have proven experience of Admissions within the education sector. They should demonstrate strong Microsoft Office skills as well as experience with pupil information systems.  Excellent spelling, grammar and presentation skills are essential.  The post holder will be a reliable, flexible individual with smart, professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.  Ability to prioritise, organise and to work under pressure are key, as is the ability to act as a team player.

    Duties will include assisting with food preparation, serving meals, maintaining the general cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas and washing-up.

    Ideally you will have experience of working within a catering environment or be willing to learn. This part time post would suit someone with excellent standards of customer service, who enjoys working in a busy environment as part of a team.

  • Caretaker/Maintenance Assistant - Prior Park Prep School

    A Caretaker/Maintenance Assistant is needed to join our friendly team at Prior Park Prep School in Cricklade. This is a varied post including traditional caretaking duties and assisting with the maintenance of the school buildings and grounds. Knowledge of a trade would be useful.
