  • Director of Development

    We are looking to appoint a talented, skilled and empathetic Director of Development to work as part of a team at Prior Park College and The Paragon to help deliver our Vision for 2025 and beyond for our Bath-based schools, allowing us to continue to be the modern Christian/Catholic Schools of choice in the communities that we serve. The Director of Development will be instrumental in identifying and procuring the development funding necessary to implement the Vision.

    In this senior role you will identify, develop and maximise relationships and propositions from new and existing donors and convert them into income. You will have a successful track record of growing income through fundraising. The ideal candidate will be appropriately qualified with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong but warm personal presence and demeanour. They will be an experienced and inspiring line manager with strong communication and relationships building skills.

  • Part Time Minibus Driver - Prior Park Preparatory School, Cricklade

    Prior Park Prep School (PPPS), part of Prior Park Educational Trust, is a non-selective, Catholic Christian school located in extensive grounds in the town of Cricklade that is equidistant between Swindon and Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

    We are expanding our bus routes and looking to appoint a competent Minibus Driver to join this thriving school.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving a school minibus on the early morning and/or evening runs, and assisting with the maintenance of the school buses. 


    A clean driving licence that permits driving of minibuses is essential and a PCV licence is desirable.  The post holder will be expected to complete a first aid qualification. This post would suit someone with excellent standards of customer care, a courteous manner and ability to work as part of a team.


    This is a permanent, term time only role. The post holder will work up to 19 hours per week between Monday and Friday.

    Part Time Cleaners


    An excellent opportunity has arisen for Cleaners to join our friendly team based at Prior Park College.


    This post involves cleaning of all areas of the school including classrooms, boarding accommodation, offices, toilets, etc. You will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have good communication and organisation skills with an ability to take initiative and follow verbal and written instructions.


    This is a permanent part time role, with an option to choose morning or evening shifts.
