We are a family of schools comprising Prior Park College (Bath), The Paragon Junior School (Bath) and Prior Park School Gibraltar, each providing a high achieving, co-educational, Catholic/Christian education. We now wish to appoint a talented, skilled and empathetic Director of Development to work as part of a team at Prior Park College and The Paragon to help deliver our Vision for 2025 and beyond for our Bath-based schools, allowing us to continue to be the modern Christian/Catholic Schools of choice in the communities that we serve. The Director of Development will be instrumental in identifying and procuring the development funding necessary to implement the Vision.
In this senior role you will identify, develop and maximise relationships and propositions from new and existing donors and convert them into income. You will have a successful track record of growing income through fundraising. The ideal candidate will be appropriately qualified with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong but warm personal presence and demeanour. They will be an experienced and inspiring line manager with strong communication and relationships building skills.

Part time School Minibus Driver - Prior Park College, Bath
Prior Park College and St Mary’s Roman Catholic Primary School are working in partnership to provide a vital minibus service for pupils from September 2017. We are therefore looking to appoint a competent Minibus Driver who will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a 17 seater school minibus on the morning and evening runs.
The ideal candidate will be presentable, reliable, flexible, punctual and able to work under minimal supervision. An experience of driving minibuses and a clean driving license that permits driving of minibuses are essential. A PCV license is desirable. This post would suit someone with excellent standards of customer care, a courteous manner and ability to work as part of a team.

The post holder will work on a split shift basis, 20-25 hours per week Monday to Friday during term time. this role will be offered initially on a one year basis. Thereafter the duration of the contract will be reviewed periodically. The role could be offered on a job share basis. The hourly rate is £9.27 per hour.
